Crisis Management – A Team Sport (Part 2)

Crisis management is one of the most important parts of the company/organization response to emergency incidents. Crises must be handled correctly or the risk of the crisis getting out of control can have a severe impact. It is important to note, that crisis management is a learned skill. That being said, many executive and senior leaders do not have this skill. Strategic planning of possible incidents and how to handle them must be well thought out. This course is an overview those skills, time of disaster operations, prioritization of task, team activities, and training and exercise. Finally, this three-hour workshop will show the differences between activities of the crisis management team and business continuity teams and how they are interdependent.
