Aubrey Wade

Aubrey Wade joined UKG as senior disaster recovery analyst in 2021, responsible for building the structure and informing the direction of the IT disaster recovery (DR) program, which involved merging the Ultimate Software and Kronos legacy DR programs. Her areas of focus include program development and standardization, IT risk management, expansion of exercises and testing, and metrics on program maturity. Aubrey supports and partners closely with other resiliency teams across the business to ensure the protection and availability of company data and infrastructure.

Prior to UKG, Wade directed enterprise-level business continuity (BC) and DR programs at Benefitfocus. She has almost a decade of experience building and managing business resiliency programs, starting from the ground up as a leader of plan execution for a contact center. She has a breadth of knowledge in program management, cybersecurity, third-party risk, and disaster recovery.

Wade holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota, is a certified member of the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI), and earned the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) distinction. She recently joined the DRI Foundation’s Women in Business Continuity Management (WBCM) community as the co-lead for Programs and Engagement. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery through networking and community involvement.
