Business Resiliency Manager, Humana
Audrey Thibodeau is a Business Resiliency leader with over 15 years of diversified experience. She is currently a manager within the enterprise resiliency office at Humana. She is responsible for the overall transformation of the business continuity program from a traditional framework to a risk-based model. Prior to joining Humana she was the director of global resiliency at Aetna. As the director, her responsibilities included business resiliency, crisis and incident management, employee protective action planning, and third-party risk.
Prior to her role in global resiliency, she held leadership positions in various organizations across the company. Her leadership roles included disaster recovery planning, IT infrastructure implementation, audit, and regulatory compliance. Thibodeau started her career as an application developer and QA test manager. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) certification.
She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and the YWCA. She has a passion for supporting animal rescue groups. She shares a home with her husband, three children, and three dogs in a rural small town in Connecticut. She enjoys hiking, fishing, and watching her kids play soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
