Nate Bridges, MBCP, is a global business resiliency champion and evangelist. He is a based in Charlotte, NC and brings more than 20 years of experience building, managing, and optimizing global business resiliency programs across sectors and industries including financial services, technology, and insurance. He is a big picture thinker and program champion with proven ability to understand the business and culture, while developing trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. As a global leader with hands-on experience, working with and leading teams in the Americas, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, Bridges is versed in a range of regulatory and industry frameworks including, ISO 22301, NCEMA 7000, FFIEC BCM Handbook, NIST, OSFI (Canada), MAS (Singapore), HKMA (Hong Kong), PRA (England), DRII, and BCI industry best practices.

Industry accomplishments included serving on the Board for the Contingency Planners Association of the Carolinas and serving on the Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) Professional Development Committee.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Bridges served in risk management and business resiliency roles at Bank of America, Asurion, Synchrony Financial, and TIAA. His skillsets are quite broad and span areas including, but not limited to, crisis management, business continuity, operational resilience, emergency management, enterprise risk management, supply chain risk management and physical security.

Bridges holds the Master Business Continuity Professional Certification (MBCP), issued by DRI, the Member Business Continuity Institute Certification (MBCI), issued by the BCI, the Project Management Professional (PMP), issued by the PMI and a variety of FEMA/Incident Command System certifications and recently completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Crisis Management and Business Resiliency Professional Education Program. In 2022, Nate was nominated for the DRI International Lifetime Achievement Award by certified industry peers around the globe.
