Riddhi Doshi

Riddhi Doshi is a resilience professional with over 5 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 clients and organizations to design, operationalize, and maintain crisis management, business continuity, enterprise risk management, and operational resilience programs. She also has experience providing crisis response support during real world events including pandemics, workplace violence, and third party technology disruptions. She has also supported remediation efforts for regulatory findings.

Doshi is a passionate advocate for reengineering the way people look at financial and operational risk. By taking the time to understand her clients’ unique challenges, she’s been able to advocate for and build solutions that enable the workforce to recover quickly and learn from disruptions including e-learnings, exercises, and training material. She has created awareness programs that are specifically targeted to different stakeholders within a client. By following this process, she helps target messages that resonate across the organization.

She is a founding member of BDO’s Women in Risk Advisory and Resilience Cohort and a proud member of DRI’s WBCM, Pace University’s Alumni Engagement Committee, and BDO’s Executive Team Advisory Council. Riddhi was recently awarded the Disaster Recovery Institute International “Consultant of the Year” award in February 2023 to recognize her outstanding client service work in the field of resilience.
