VP, Business Resilience, Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC)
Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center’s (FS-ISAC) mission is to help assure the resilience and continuity of the global financial-services infrastructure and individual firms against acts that could significantly impact the sector’s ability to provide services critical to the orderly function of the economy. The FS-ISAC’s goals are to disseminate and foster the sharing of relevant and actionable information and analysis among participants to ensure the continued public confidence in the global financial services and to protect the financial services sector against cyber and physical threats, vulnerabilities, and risk.
Susan Rogers is Vice President of Business Resilience of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC). Susan leads the FS-ISAC Business Resiliency Committee which is responsible for U.S. financial sector’s All Hazards Playbook, and for developing business resiliency collaborative planning, trusted information sharing and financial sector crisis response and recovery coordination. She has directed business continuity, disaster recovery architecture and crisis response since 1997 while leading technology and operational risk teams at Bank of America and GMAC Commercial for 15 years. Her early career was in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) pricing, trading & delivery and capital markets systems development.
Susan holds DRII MBCP and BCI MBCI certifications. Education includes Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Holy Family University, Certificate in National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI), from Harvard University, Certificate in Technology Development, University of Virginia, and Bachelor of Applied Science, (B.A.Sc.), Gwynedd-Mercy College.
