Timothy Davidson

Consortium for Equitable Disaster Resilience (CEDR)

Timothy Davidson is currently the program coordinator for the Consortium for Equitable Disaster Resilience (CEDR) where he’s involved in community based participatory research looking at what barriers coastal Louisiana residents face when trying to recover from disasters. His educational background is in psychology with a bachelor’s from Brigham Young University Idaho. He’s a recent graduate of a dual degree program at Tulane including the Social Work program and the Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy. Post-graduation he was involved with the local Continuum of Care lead, UNITY, which seeks to end homelessness in the area. There he was a site supervisor of various temporary transitional housing facilities.
